Services and Packages

Progressions' Business Packages
Progressions offers mentoring or coaching for staff development.

Individual mentoring/coaching can be by phone where distance precludes face-to-face work (costs include phone calls). There is no extra charge for face-to-face sessions where these are arranged.

Payment options:

GOLD - Full pre-payment for minimum ten sessions (discount 10%)
SILVER - Payment for minimum of ten sessions in two installments i.e. one at time of booking, second after 4 sessions (discount 5%)
We will happily quote for packages involving two or more staff members

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct transfer to bank account.

BRONZE - we are happy to invoice by session, weekly, fortnightly or monthly where pay-as-you-go is more appropriate.

Ad Hoc Mentoring
Mentoring on a casual basis i.e. booking by single session is $60 per hour ($50 per 45mins)

We offer tailor-made training seminars for small groups. With over 15 years experience in education and training Dr Levien is an innovative and skilled developer and presenter of training for a range of employment and personal development areas. We will happily provide a detailed proposal and quote for your training needs.

Personal Mentoring/Coaching
We also offer private, individual mentoring for business, employment, career, educational or personal development.

GOLD - Book and prepay a minimum 8 sessions that can be @ one per week, per fortnight or per month and get a 10% discount. BRONZE - Pay-as-you go is also available (no discount).

Sessions can be by phone or face-to-face

Competitive prices available on request.

The Coaching Club

Get coaching with a great support group for a fraction of the cost of individual coaching/mentoring. $25 per week - paid 4 weeks in advance.

Reflections - personalised retreats
(Currently only available in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay)

These personalised packages include:
- Minimum 2 hours per day mentoring/coaching around business, professional or life issues
- Accommodation in boutique B & B establishment
We can tailor packages to add entertainment, meals and/or pampering
Price on request. Payment must be made in full on booking confirmation.
